Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you and your Corgi to be successful. Please read our policy regarding refunds for digital products and coaching services below.

1. Digital Products (PDF Guides & Video Courses)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales of PDF guides and video masterclasses are final.

If you have trouble accessing your link or downloading your file, please contact us at hello@gandalfthecorgi.com and we will ensure you get your copy immediately.

2. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

We value your time and our own. For all private consultations:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your call at no extra cost up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
No-Shows: If you miss your call without notice or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session is non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a coaching session that meets the criteria above, please email hello@gandalfthecorgi.com with your name and the date of your scheduled session. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Training Outcomes

Please note that we do not offer refunds based on the behavioral progress of your dog. Training takes time and consistency; our role is to provide the best tools and advice, but the results depend on the work put in at home.
